We never want to keep you waiting, so that’s why we pride ourselves on offering express Domestic delivery as an option at checkout. 

All standard domestic delivery items will be shipped approx. 2-3 business days from receipt of payment, holidays excluded. Vickie Rae is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays related to the courier. If your order is lost in transit, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address, we advise customers to file a claim with USPS.

The average shipping time to international customers is between 8-30 business days, so please take this into consideration when placing an order.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Vickie Rae is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

We are only able to ship to the address provided during the checkout process 

Once your items have shipped, we are not able to make any adjustments to your order.


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items eligible for return can only be used in exchange for store credit or toward another store item.
